Paisley Print

You will have to excuse the quality of my photos, still not sorted the lighting I will get there in the end.
I have this lovely new dress to show you. It was in the ASOS sale,
it is by a brand called Mink Pink, it was £27.50. I love the smock style with the paisley print.
The dress is very folksy but also slightly grungy. I love the blue and black tones it doesn't look this colour in person so much, it is odd it slightly changes colour in the different lights.
I don't normally wear my hair up as it makes my head look tiny but it was a mess this morning so was my fastest solution. An example of my tiny head can be seen in photo one!
I added my favourite boots of the moment, I love to add a pair of boots to a cute dress.

Illustrated t-shirt

If you don't know who the blogger Ella Masters, why not?
She is a fantastic illustrator and recently added a few t shirts to her etsy shop.
There is a female tattooed lady and also a male tattooed t shirt. I went for the male as I have a thing for beardy men. I think this t shirt is so effective, it looks like it has been drawn onto the t shirt rather than printed. It looks unique to anything I own or have seen available. I received numerous comments on the t shirt 'where is it from?' 'cool top' etc. For only £20 I'm chuffed.
It is versatile, you can see above I have chosen to wear it with my River Island black tube pants.
They are similar to disco pants but without so much sheen, making them more wearable for day time. They are also really comfy and can be dressed up to wear for a night out. I also wore my eBay boots, as mentioned in my last blog post. They are really comfy and have been keeping my feet
dry in the rain despite them being cut out boots.
I also wore my fluffy black Primark cardigan to keep me warm, it was £14.

I've kept accessories to a minimum just wearing a few rings from my vast collection I now have.
And of course my final accessory my latest wrist cuff tattoo, you can read about that here... Inky.

Winter Warmers

I've recently treated myself to a new pair of boots, they aren't extremely practical for rain and colder weather. This is because they are cut out boots. I've been wanting to get my hands on some nice cut out boots for months. I found these ones on eBayThey are comfy and I love the metal hardware on the heel of the boots and the buckles.

My jumper I stole from my dad's wardrobe this morning. It's really comfy and slouchy. I'm wearing it with my Vila grey skinny jeans. I'd leave a link but they are currently out of stock. I'm wearing a new an elephant head necklace from Ethics. I love their jewellery so check out their page. I'm also wearing a necklace which is part of a broken bracelet. I've just popped it on a piece of string to wear.

You can see from my photos above that I've had to start taking my blog photos inside, the rain isn't kind. Sorry the images aren't great I'm working on how to improve the natural lighting, and where is best to take my photos. Hope you are all enjoying wrapping up warm like me. I love feeling cosy and warm in Autumn/Winter.

Back to school, college and uni.

Firstly let me apologise for being so absent lately, I've had a busy week enrolling at college and sorting out my subjects. It is my third time at college as I haven't had a direction for what I want to achieve and do with my life. But from starting my blog and it becoming more successful I've become much more focused on what I want to gain and achieve. My subjects I will be studying are Graphics, Textiles and Film studies. I am really enjoying them so far.
I thought it would be appropriate to show you guys what I'm wearing to college today. I'm keeping it casual and comfortable. With all the sitting down and bus journeys you can't afford to be uncomfortable. Also the weather here in the UK has been so indecisive. The days often start cooler and by lunchtime it can be quite hot. So I've been trying to make my outfits suitable for all conditions.

My dress is from ASOS, it is a smock dress so it is loose and comfortable. It was down to £15 in the sale and I couldn't resist.
My coat is from Primark, I got it a few weeks ago for around £25. I love the fur collar it is super cosy and perfect for the colder weather that is coming.
My boots are an old pair from Tesco which have lasted a year now and are great for AW as they look great with dresses and tights.

Here is a better view of the dress and you can see the cold shoulder, cut out detail of the dress. I love the stripes especially paired with a red lip as I've done here. I kept my jewellery nice and simple with two basic necklaces.

Hope you've liked this post. Here is a link to my latest Inspired Magazine article http://www.inspired-magazine.co.uk/#/grunge-galore/4579235357
Have a lovely weekend
