#TonightIs in the bag

I have been set another fun task by Access All ASOS. This time it is #TonightIs in the bag, I have to capture what is in my bag. It is like the what's in my bag tag a lot of bloggers do. So before work I just snapped the items in my bag for you all. I have my purse from Primark, make up bag also from Primark, my glasses,  Nivea Dry Confidence Anti-Perspirant this is great for work,  Umberto Giannini Glam Hair Backcomb In A Bottle, a hand cream from Aldi which smells amazing and my H&M body splash in cashmere which is sold out online. I like to take the deodorant and body spray as especially at work running around I like to make sure I smell good! The Umberto Giannini Backcomb in a bottle is great to give my hair some texture and volume as I have to have it tied up for work.

#TonightIs one for me, one for you

Access All ASOS sent me a new invitation today, asking me where would we be without our besties?
I have no clue, my best friend Molly helps me out through everything. As she has gone off to university we don't get to see as much of each other as we'd like to. Even so, whenever we do see each other it is like we've never left each other. We get on like two peas in a pod, despite being so different.  ASOS is celebrating #TonightIs one for me, one for you campaign by offer a goody to your best mate. Well I can't think of anyone who deserves it more than Molly. She has had a bit of a tough time lately and I would love to give her a little pick me up. As there is only so much chinese food and wine we can drink together! She left for university yesterday and I just would love for a special ASOS parcel to make its way to her. If you are reading Molly I love you to pieces!

Leather Mini

Skirt - ASOS
Top - River Island
Shirt - Charity shop
Bag - Primark
Boots - Read more here (similar here)
Cardigan - Primark
I've been meaning to blog about this skirt for a while now. It has been a life saver, I've worn it to Browns Labels For Less Pop Up Sale and Access All ASOS Selfie School and it has been so comfy. It was another great buy from ASOS and it has a nice stretch which allows it to be perfect for events and travelling. Now it is winter I'm layering up and used this crop top to layer over my shirt. I chucked on my fluffy cardigan from Primark and I'm ready to go.
Thanks everyone for your support I've had over 9,000 views on my blog now. I couldn't be more thankful for everyone who reads my blog!

Access All ASOS: #SelfieSchool

If you are a follower of my blog (thank you if you are <3) then you will know I am a member of Access All ASOS. I love the brand and constantly buying their clothes, so I couldn't of been more excited when I got to spend the day at ASOS HQ. I attended the Access All ASOS Selfie School. If you follow my on instagram (http://instagram.com/stepintomycloset7) then you will have seen the huge amount of selfies I had to post. We started the Selfie School with some gorgeous mini food, the mini fish and chips were too cute. We had some food and drinks and introduced ourselves to each other. Then we had our Selfie Lesson with the lovely Olly from http://instagram.com/oggsie. He showed us some great apps to use on our phones to really make the most of our camera phones. We then got set Selfie Challenges, this was very interesting. Our challenges were; 1. A natural selfie (with no filter etc.) 2. A mirror selfie ( a photo in the mirror) 3. A moody selfie (moody lighting) 4. A combination selfie (a combination of photos to show your outfit and details). We then also got to tour the ASOS HQ, as you can see I got to walk on the ASOS catwalk and have a sneaky peek in the studios. It was a really lovely day and I meet some great people.
Thanks Access All ASOS!

Brown's Labels For Less Pop Up Sale & Opening Of ‘The Arcade’

The dress at the front is Alexander Mcqueen.

As I mentioned in my last post, I was lucky enough to be invited to the VIP opening of the Brown's Labels For Less pop up sale and the opening of 'The Arcade' at Kilver Court. I thoroughly enjoyed the night, I meet lots of lovely people and bought myself a few lovely sale items. I picked up two absolute bargains. I bought a beautiful Brown's Focus 100% silk scarf, you can see how I styled it in this post Silk Scarf. It has a beautiful print of a leopard and also a ladies face (I think anyway) as you can see in some of the close up pictures above. It was a bargain at £10 and will be great for winter to add a bit of glamour to a coat. I then also picked up the yellow tartan Hawick skirt/kilt. Another bargain at just £20 instead of £95! If you follow my blog then you'll know already I love tartan, and this skirt really reminds me of the film Clueless.

I wish I could have bought some of the absolutely gorgeous items there, unfortunately not quite in my price range as a student. But none the less it was great to see the designer garments as an inspiration. You can see some of the gorgeous pieces in the pictures above (I love the Alexander Mcqueen dress!). It was a great event and I would recommend if you live near or are venturing to Somerset to drop into Kilver Court for some designer bargains!

 Dress - H&M
Cardigan - Tesco

Silk Scarf - Brown's Pop up sale

So on Saturday night I was lucky enough to watch Russell Howard perform in Wells.  I was also lucky enough to meet him after wards as you can see from the photo above. It was really lovely as he is one of my absolutely favourite comedians!
I was also lucky enough on Friday night to attend the VIP opening of the Brown's labels for less pop up sale at Kilver Court. It was a great opportunity that I will be writing more about in a later post (waiting for some photos from the event).
My stunning 100% silk scarf is an item I picked up at the event, for a bargain of £10! My dress was another bargain from the H&M sale and of course my boots (read more about my boots in the link above).

Dreamy Dungarees

I've been daring to buy things lately I normally wouldn't. I bought these lovely dungarees, with a paisley print on the top half. I got them from the lovely Ethics custom made for me. I love their custom made jewellery and clothing, it adds a lovely personal touch to an outfit. I recommend you all check out their lovely facebook page for more products and details. I paired my dungarees with a plain black t-shirt from a charity shop and with my new H&M cardigan. I kept the jewellery simple just a few rings, simply as I didn't want to take away from the lovely paisley print.

A Little Haul

So I said in my last blog post I didn't have the right camera and editing software to make a haul video.
I was wrong!
I used the free App on my iPhone called 'Splice' to create the haul above for you. I know it is far from perfect but for a first attempt I was pleased. You can add voice recordings, music, titles, transitions all on the FREE app. Hard to believe right. Well I'm just happy I was able to film a little haul for you all which I hope you enjoy, check it out here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SIG7Hh9DC-Y&feature=youtu.be
You will have to bare with me, computers and technology aren't something I'm very familiar and knowledgeable on. But I am trying my best. At the moment though I can't get the video to upload to blogger, so I'm using Youtube. Enjoy!

Tartan Lover

Coat - Sheinside
Skirt - eBay
Top - H&M
Cardigan -H&M
Boots - eBay

Firstly excuse the massive mane of hair I'm rocking! I must admit this outfit is a personal favourite, of course one of the reasons being the tartan. I posted a few weeks ago about my new tartan trousers, I love the tartan trend and wanted more. The skirt was a steal from eBay. The coat was about £22, I got the size M (I'm a size 8-10) I would recommend getting a size L.  It is very small, especially when wearing knitwear underneath. I also sized up for the t-shirt as I wanted it to be quite loosely fitted, I love oversized clothing.
The cardigan is one of the lovely H&M pieces I picked up in Bristol that I mentioned in my last post, Highs and Lows. I wore my trusty boots and ta da a favourite outfit, cut out boots, tartan and oversized layers.
Dreamy.

Highs and Lows

I must admit I am not a massive fan of high low garments any more but I've been watching Anna Lee and Jesse's videos and Anna often wears high low dresses. I think she looks great in them! She makes them look effortlessly cool and grungey. A look you guys know I love. So I took the plunge and bought one last week. I went shopping in Bristol and to my luck H&M had 20% off all women's clothing, what better excuse did I need. I found this lovely, grungey high low sort of acid washed dress. It is originally £14.99, a bargain anyway but with 20% off how could I resist ( I'd include a link but I can't see it online). I really like how it looks and how it falls on my body, the photos don't do it justice. It is loose and flowing without loosing too much body shape. I paired with my cut out boots and cropped Primark leather jacket. For accessories I wore a few rings (my nail polish is Rimmel I Love Lasting Finish Nail Polish, Black Cherries) and my statement necklace from New Look which I don't think is available any more, sorry. I also wore just a vest top underneath for some extra warmth, as it is chilly here in the UK. I bought lots of lovely things lately and would love to do a haul for you all but I don't have any video editing software. I don't think hauls are the same in a picture format. I hope to do lots of posts including my new goodies though. Hope you are all well and enjoying getting cosy for Winter.
