New Year's Resolutions Update


 If you read my New Year Resolutions blog post then you'll know one of my resolutions was to try and be a bit healthier.  Just a little update on that, I've taken upon myself to do the 30 day Squat challenge and I'm currently on day 3. I'm enjoying making sure I do the couple of minutes of exercise that before I wasn't doing at all. It is only day three so I'm still feeling positive.
